Holy Spirit Hospital: "I came in to emergency room at 1:20 p.m. with severe case of diarrhea and vomiting. By 7:40 p.m. I had to leave because I didn't expect to be waiting for SEVEN hours and didn't bring my regular medications and my right sight of my body started getting numb. I was told that they can't give me any meds without admitting me to a room which might take another 4 hours!!!! So 7 hours and additional 4 hours, that's 11 hours waiting time at Holly spirit emergency room. Horrible " - Natalya

Holy Spirit Hospital: "It was a nightmare from the second I walked in the door. Would not listen to what I had to say AT ALL! Kept insisting I had shortness of breath when I was coughing from nasal drainage. Did a covid test and declared it to be positive (doesn't the swab need to be removed from your nose before you declare it positive). It was one thing after another for 5 days. Before I left I refused a test by respiratory therapy. I find a chart for that test filled out. Guest Relations told me the therapist told the nurse how to do the test and they considered it "implied consent" because I went to the bathroom...and the respiratory therapist signed the report as if she did the test! I don't appreciate my records being falsified. I will never willingly go into a hospital again if that's how they behave. " - Melinda

Holy Spirit Hospital: "I took my 3 month old here. He was having trouble breathing. Took me 2 hours to get x rays taken for him and then continued to wait for another hour and half. Absolutely ridiculous. We never got a room. And the nurses were not very helpful. Considering he is a 3 month old baby. This is unacceptable. I will not go there again. " - Elizabeth

Holy Spirit Hospital: "Came to the ER on suggestion from primary Dr. After my daughter had been in an accident I have been sitting in a hallway for 5hours with her waiting for results. I find this very umreasonable. " - Lisa
