Hinsdale Hospital: "11/9/23. Wife arrives at Hinsdale Hospital at 3 pm. Called into ER at 7:15 pm. Told at 6:30 that a few critical cases make estimated wait unknown.
As I (her husband) arrived at 7 pm, three private ambulances arrived to unload people. Busiest we’ve ever seen Hinsdale ER.
As my wife was waiting, people were leaving that arrived after her. Since learned Elmhurst Hospital publishes their wait time. Was 31 minutes at 6:30 pm and 25 minutes at 7:30 pm.
Never again with Hinsdale Hospital unless we don’t have a choice because of the ambulance driver!" - Alan

Hinsdale Hospital: "we went to the er on 02/10/23 because my daughter experienced pain and weakness in her legs. She could not stand up anymore. The doctor and nurse could not care less.3 hours and all she got was a pain pill prescription. Turned out today she has emergency spine surgery in a real hospital. She has a tumor in her spine. So much suffering could have been avoided if we had not gone see these incompetent people. STAY AWAY. All you will get is careless so called medical professionals and substandard care. " - Andreas
