Highlands Medical Center: "I went we because I had severe pain in my big toe due to ingrown toe nail I told administration when checking in that I had a ingrown toe nail causing pain and needed to remove toenail after paying 500 dollars to see doctor and an hours wait the doctor told me that they don’t do ingrown toe nail removal all he could do would prescribe antibiotic that I needed to see podiatrist or go to the nail salon to fix toe nail if this was the case then why didn’t administration tell me that before taking 500 dollars for a prescription this was Saturday so I couldn’t see my primary care doctor who had removed toenail a year ago my toe had become very painful witch I went to Scottsboro er if they don’t remove ingrown toenail then why didn’t they say so before they took 500 dollars for doing nothing I wasn’t very happy I called Huntsville hospital er and they said they do remove ingrown toenails a shot of novocaine and a scapula to remove toe nail and the er doctor can’t do that in Scottsboro not impressed with doctor jones or highland medical" - Matthew
