Hi-Desert Medical Center: "I will never step foot back in JT Hospital again the nurses were so rude and unprofessional, I was there as a Covid patient with a heart condition the nurses treated me like I was a serial killer I asked to go to the bathroom and she threw my portable toilet in the room I had to pee in front of the whole staff with the window on the door opened, Not one of them offered me a blanket or anything else I was trying to be nice and they ignored me. Thank god for the Ambulance drivers who stopped me from crying and got me out of there to JFK and the nurse that rolled her eyes at me, well she is lucky I was sick" - Cynthia

Hi-Desert Medical Center: "Very dirty. Inattentive nursing staff. Doctors are good but all other personnel were sloppy, inattentive, non caring, terrible. I requested to go to Eisenhower where my primary doctor has privileges but ambulance crew said they had to take me to Joshua tree ER from yucca valley. I will have family take me to Eisenhower because can’t get ambulance crew to take me to Eisenhower. Why?" - Cheryl
