Herrin Hospital: "My mother is in this hospital. We tried to call 4 times yesterday and left a message have not received a call back. We can't seem to be able to talk to our mother. When I called today I was told the nurse will be right with me and have been on hold for over 30 minutes. Since 10:30 am.and am still on hold." - Jamie
