Huntsville Hospital: "I have been in this waiting room for an agonizing 13 hours with no end in sight. This is inexcusable and whoever is running this department is an abject failure and embarrassment to their profession! Shame on this facility, nothing about emergency response should take 13 hours! This establishment is the complete opposite of CARE! " - Steven

Prattville Baptist Hospital: "On 10-30-2023 I waited 2 hours before being taken for an exam and then only because I questioned why people who came in AFTER me were being seen before me!! Then they put me in the hallway bed and sent a male nurse to do an EKG in the hallway. He insisted on a room before he would do the test. Then they proceeded to ignore me again! If the patient is a 72 yr old gray haired woman, some level of respect is needed but just ignoring me worked for this staff. They just didn't care - a sad commentary for people who are supposed to be professionals. I'll bet these people would not want to be treated as such . The 7 hours I was there I was in real pain. The old Prattville Hospital - before Baptist - was known as a death trap/animal shelter. Baptist needs to tighten up this drifting ship before the good name of Baptist Health is dirtied and smitten. After seeing other comments from prior ER patients, it may be too late already. Wish I had not bothered with going. Would discourage anyone else from going. " - Martha
