Grandview Hospital & Medical Center Stories

Mar 25, 2017, 2:39 PM
Grandview Hospital & Medical Center: "My mother has been here before and the nurses treated her as if she were their own mother. She's in a different hall. The nurses show up after a while if you call. No one checks on her. She's been here four days and no one has even straightened her bed let alone put clean sheets on. I live out of town and must go home tomorrow. It breaks my heart to go because she will be completely alone. There was a very caring aide that came in this morning and helped her clean up. He even brought her some pajama bottoms. That was a first. I don't want to say that the nurses aren't nice; they are but they just aren't present and watchful. Even the aides rarely come in. So much different than before " - Deborah
