Cannon Memorial Hospital: "After a fall, I was seen very quickly in the Emergency Room. I saw several of the staff as my care progressed. Everyone I saw was absolutely wonderful to me from the medical personnel to the office workers. Dr. Smith was better than any doctor I have ever seen in his professionalism and bedside manner. He treated my fear and trauma by his good nature as well as treating my actual wounds.

Anmed Health: "My wife was taken by ambulance to Anmed Health ER at 9:38pm with actue pain from her surgery at a different hospital the day before. We waited in the ambulance for close to 20 minutes on the loading dock before they finally had a room available for us.Once we were in the room we waited until 12:34am for additional pain medicine. The hospital physician was professional but curt. It was evident that the hospital was severely understaffed and the nursing staff that was there were not focused on patient care. Several times I could overhear the nurses speaking of incentives being cut back and how multiple people were leaving. I was appalled to hear their lack of care for my wife in pain. As we were being discharged maintenance personally were shutting down the lights in the section we were in and even cleaning the room where my wife was still in pain. I asked them what our options were since her pain was still high when we were forced to leave I was told I had none and that I should take her home and use what we had been prescribed by her physician. We left the hospital at 5am in an ambulance I had to practically beg for.

    Please
Do not go to this hospital unless you absolutely have no other options. "
