Genesis Healthcare System: "I brought my 14 yr old granddaughter in who is Type 1 Diabetic. She had large ketones for 2 days and very high sugar levels. Waited over 3 hrs to be seen. People were being sent back (not triage) who came in way after she did. They treated her as if Diabetes were nothing. NEVER again. We left. I will never go back there not recommend. And I thought LMH was bad. Thanks for treating my granddaughter like she was invisible." - Dana

Genesis Healthcare System: "Er Drs need to be better then they should. Just because no real bad signs on EKG was fine. That that's when we told us he was dehinddrat. Really. Pct girl said here if u need to pee here the item but never told hey per for us then we know 4 sure well after 2 hrs. He pee then we left at 11pm. Even know there trauma pts came. Rn nurse came back here papers. Then we left. Was time. I work there.. " - Vanessa
