Geisinger Medical Center: "I arrived 8:30 10/19/20 for a swallow test. I finally was taken back about 9:15 or 20 after . The speach therapist Alison M. Leskiw arrived , clearly wasn't happy to be there. After the test, she asked me if I had any "weakness " ..I'm obviously not a medical professional, I advised I have a thyroid condition , ( thinking she's referring to my neck ) she was irritated , asking " no weakness!" .Well now I'm really more upset ,I was worried to begin with. I advised I have arthritis, she became downright hostile , snapping " No , Neurological !" ,Now I'm stunned , confused ,and ready to cry , I just blurted "no.."and had to get out of there..Now I'm thinking "What is she talking about ?? M.S.?? I don't ever want to deal with her again. What's more , Nobody should be treated like that! Her attitude from the get go was lousy, but I shrugged it off. The nasty grilling at the end was totally uncalled for. Thank you for your time.

Geisinger Medical Center: "Geisinger health system as a whole reminds me of a person who buys a luxurious house but can not afford to furnish it...all for show. They can not staff what they build, completely pathetic. They claim to be "caring" but are unable to live up to their words. A 4-6hr wait time in an outdated emergency room with frustrated overworked and underpaid staff members = idiocy, period! It reminds me of a on line seller claims to have all the product and then you place the order to find out they won't give you your money back and you have an eight week lead time. Imagine a five-star hotel with a single outhouse restroom.... that's the feeling you get when you walk into the emergency room of these ridiculous facilities. They can spend all the money on advertising and changing logos and claiming that they are there for the patient but cannot live up to the words. Sort of like a Patiller selling a rotten vegetables but keeps explaining how delicious and good looking they are while showing you a fungus covered tomato. Profit driven egotists. GEISINGER -> Greedy Egotistical Imbeciles, complete with your choice of words. Thanks! " - Laurie

Geisinger Medical Center: "I went to Geisinger in Danville for chest pain. They took me for an x-ray and blood work then sent me to the waiting room. Supposed to give me aspirin but never did. I finally just walked out of the waiting room after being there for six hours. I understand they were busy but six hours with chest pain. " - Sandra
