Geisinger - Community Medical Center: "Why are these hospitals worried about the money and not the person? No compassion money hungry. Not enough doctors? There were a lot of people who looked like doctors..for show?I was in this er last night. I'm diabetic and I had bumped my arm so there's a oozing sore with pus and blood. I was here 12 hours in pain I had to go. So I'm taking care of it on my own.

Geisinger - Community Medical Center: "My 93 year old father came to the ER via ambulance at 8am. At noon we were told he was being admitted and will be in room # as soon as it is ready. 8pm still waiting to be moved to his room. We were left in the ER hallway the entire time. What kind of healthcare is this? " - Carol

Geisinger - Community Medical Center: "I took my wife into the ER Sunday (6/12/16). Our wait in the waiting room was less than 5 minutes, we were taken to an exam room and she was seen by an ER nurse shortly after that. Tests were promptly ordered and completed. My wife was eventually admitted. The entire process from parking to room was under 4 hours. The staff we encountered from intake ,transport, nurses, doctors an interns were all very accommodating, friendly and professional. ER visits are always stressful but this was by far the most positive and professional environment I have been exposed to. Outstanding!" - David
