Lehigh Valley Hospital - Dickson City: "Was very impressive when I was there for an emergency in Jan. 2023.
Recently took my son there on 3 Dec. 2025, for pains he was having.
Place has really deteriorated. The best way I can put it is that
it's been "Scrantonianized". Noticeably lacking in efficiency and
professionalism. Doctor on duty was like a surly clerk at a 7/11.
    Would not recommend."

St Lukes Quakertown Hospital: "Visited Nov 26, 2025 – Worst urgent care experience ever. Waited 3 hours total. Sick patients mixed with drug testing and workers’ comp—no triage, high infection risk. Check-in was a mess despite online forms; only one receptionist working while the other was told not to help. Leadership is unresponsive—Office Manager Alexis refused to share contact info for feedback. Nurse Tessa tried to help but was stopped by admin staff Santina prioritizing control over care. Long waits, poor leadership, zero accountability. Patients should come first, but they don’t here." - D
