Franklin Woods Community Hospital: "I took my wife to Franklin woods on 20 Aug at 12.00 hours for extremely high blood pressure . After waiting for 6 hours she was finally admitted. Then my wife called me and said To pick up up that she was discharged . After driving back to Johnson city to pick her up! They did another blood pressure check! Her blood pressure was still extremely high so they re admitted her she lay in er on those I call morgue beds until 1300 hours on 21 Aug 2021. I called and they said she was next in line for a bed after waiting so long. There website says it's around a 2 hour wait to be seen and another appropriate 2 hours to be taking to room. Completely untrue she was on that bed almost 24 hours until discharged. I call and ask was my insurance being charged for a room and they said yes even though she never was assigned a room. I have never seen so many rude people in one spot. Franklin woods is the worst hospital I have ever seen . If they do not have rooms they should do a hospital to hospital transfer to another ballad health facility not make people wait long periods of time on those very uncomfortable beds. And when being questioned about the time being so rude . I rate this hospital as the worst in the tricity." - Randy

Franklin Woods Community Hospital: "My wife was transported there this morning by ambulance having complications from Covid and in severe pain and this ignorant fuck Dr. Redding still, hours later, won’t give her shit for pain. BALLAD HEALTH IS THE WORST HOSPITAL CARE EVER!!! There are no Drs. there with the sense God have a damn goat. Absolutely the worst place ever. Ballad health needs to be removed from their status and bring in a better facility. Absolutely worthless." - Miller

Franklin Woods Community Hospital: "Have been here for going on 3 hours. Have yet to be called back! Literally one patient has been called back in the past 2 half hours! If we are I. Such an epidemic with covid why are we not having better staff in emergency rooms! I can guarantee when I do get called back most of employee will be sitting at deck laughing cutting up!!!
