Florida Hospital Flagler: "I took my husband to this hospital he has a hard time breathing and the nurse didn’t check him or anything he has to wear a mask and he told the front desk lady that he has to wait outside became he wasn’t able to breathe well and she said we don’t make patients wait outside, I asked her for the waiting time for him to be seen for the doctor she said she didn’t know??? instead of tell me he has to wait he has 5 people in front of him, 2 years ago I took my mom and I have to take her to another hospital because they didn’t see to really care about her!!! Nothing been change since 2 years ago!!! Where is the compasión? this hospital should hire people that love people and has a better actitud and a better customer services skills!! I took my husband to Advent health hospital in daytona beach and they seen to care about their patients and has a better actitud!!!" - Yesenia
