Firsthealth Moore Regional Hospital: "Came in @ 4pm with chest pressure and short of breath when I have been mildly exerting myself. I thought that I was going to pass out from this a few time from this today. It is 11:30 p.m. now or 7.5 hours later and still in the waiting room.
It's obvious that First Health does not care."

Firsthealth Moore Regional Hospital: "Admitted June 4 for chest pain. While in hospital, I have had been having abdominal pain. They kept me for 10 days in which time they found medical issues and not a damn thing done. They even knew I was losing blood every day but no one cared to find out why.

I hospitalist I saw, I saw several but one in particular was the rudest, unprofessional thing I ever met. She even had the audacity to call me on my hospital phone and was inappropriate. I had one nurse,,while I was crying because I was in pain, lean down over me and said “ we are short staffed. Someone can die of a heart attack, stroke, but no one ever died from being in pain” and walked out.

I went to ER on 7/29 that was biggest mistake of my life. I saw the most rudest, unprofessional PA Firsthealth could have on staff. His name is Robert KistnerI have heard from many people they have had several incidents I have had, being told “ next time go to your PCM, don’t come to ED,” I don’t have my crystal ball so can’t see what wrong”, or “ I don’t see this evidenced so not sure what you’re talking about “. It’s time to get rid of employees, whether they are OA’s , nurses or MD’s who bring this hospital down.

I have had wonderful care from all nurses on the 2nd floor. "

Firsthealth Moore Regional Hospital: "My poor wife has been at this hospital 4 times in two years. She comes home sicker than when she goes in. Her nurses "hero's that work there" talk down to her, ignore her, mistreat her. As a matter of fact she's in that hospital right now. She's called me crying because they won't tell her anything, they are being ugly to her. Well she's flipping the switch on them This time. We are recording EVERGTHING!! Can't argue with audio and video of the sweet hero's treating their patients like crap. We are and will be lawyering up. I'm tired of their doctors treating my wife this way, I'm tired of them sending her home more sick than when she was there before. So if there are in lawyers in Pinehurst that want to represent us. Please reach out." - David

Firsthealth Moore Regional Hospital: "My daughter was in the psychiatric unit from 11/11/2019 - 11/14/2019 and her experience was horrible. She has a brain injury and had to be admitted to regulate her medication. She got upset and started crying at one point so some of the nurses escorted her to her room, and told her she needed to stop that crying and shut her door. At another time she was eating some fruit and got choked on it. She asked for help but no one would help her. She started sticking her fingers down her throat and they told her to stop that. Her experience was so bad that if she ever needs to be hospitalized again I don’t plan on bringing her there again. The patients in this unit are still human beings and they have feelings even though they do have problems." - Lisa

Firsthealth Moore Regional Hospital: "Took my 81-year old mother-in-law to the Firsthealth Moore Regional ER after she fell and hurt her arm. Arrived shortly before noon. It was approximately 7 hours later they determined she had broken a bone in her elbow. A temporary cast was put on until she could visit an orthopedic doctor on Monday. So, altogether, we spent right at 8 hours in the emergency room before being able to take her back home." - Tim
