Fannin Regional Hospital: "i was taken to Fannin Regional Hospital 6/19/2020 after being rear ended i was on a gurney in the hallway on a back board i could see a sign on a patient door out of the corner of my eye Covid and everyone entering that room dressing in ppp gear i couldn't turn my head i was scared i would be exposed to covid after being in an accident and in so much pain it was unreal my neck was fractured between c4 and c5 they finally did ct scan and other tests but they were so busy with the covid patient i was just miserable they finally came to me and said i had an adult concussion, lumbar sprain, cervical sprain, and whiplash said i needed to go to therapy and follow up with my doctor things kept getting worse i needed a cane to walk the pain was getting worse my doctor sent me for another MRI and it was found my neck was fractured and fusing back i had to have surgery to fix everything and go through so much pain and unable to do things for myself and surgeon had to follow insurance guidelines before he could do the surgery and if Fannin had paid attention to the tests they did a lot of pain and suffering could have been avoided " - connie
