F F Thompson Hospital: "Don't come here unless you want a horrible experience with inexperienced doctors/NPs. They'll misdiagnose you or claim you're fine without ever checking the issue that brought you in. The NP flat out admitted they lacked the ability to conduct an ultrasound which is simply ludicrous to hear from a hospital staff memeber. Either he felt no issue lying to me or there are grave concerns about the education of their staff members. " - Nathan

F F Thompson Hospital: "Nurses and doctors are extremely thorough in their diagnoses process. I trusted them with my health care emergency needs. I arrived at the ER on Friday, May 10, 1:30pm...I left the ER at 8:30pm. I was told by a VA doctor to go to Canandaigua Emergency Room...that was incorrect info. I was very sick and a kind VA police officer guided me to the correct hospital. Arrival at ER: 1:30pm, called to the back area 5:00pm, saw doctor from 7:00-8:00pm. Discharged at 8:30pm. I had a 45 minute drive home. The wait times were ridiculously long. The front desk lady was clueless about anything. I was having trouble breathing and she did absolutely NOTHING. That is the first time in my life that I was truly afraid for my life. One more thing - a combative person was sitting a seat over from me and he was loudly cursing about the wait times. The young security guard handled that issue professionally and quietly. " - Gwendolyn
