Excela Health Latrobe Hospital: "There were 8 people ahead of my wife who has tremendous hip pain. Been here for 2 1/2 hours and never saw a doctor. Waiting room is 3/4 full now and the apathy of staff is amazing. Should not have any right to bill for this" - Vince
