Excela Health Frick Hospital: "My grandson was referred by his pediatrician to go be seen because he is very sick they wanted him to get his oxygen level checked and his heart rate he was having trouble breathing he’s 3yrs old, I think it is crazy that we sat for 3 hrs before we even made it to the back in the ER at frick hospital then we didn’t even get proper care they were supposed to bring him medicine and a breathing treatment and never came back when we rang for a nurse it went unanswered 3 times I think it’s a shame that they keep people waiting so long and neglect them I understand that their are other medical conditions there but I feel that patients should be treated a lot better and checked on what if he would have something bad wrong with him and no one really cared to do the tests on him. How many other people have not been taken care of properly today and other days " - Hayden

Excela Health Frick Hospital: "Today I went to Frick to have a blood test done. I called the lab before leaving home and asked if Meghan was working as she is the first nurse who could get my blood on the first stick. They informed me that she was now at Latrobe. I asked if there was anyone they would recommend and was given the name of Abby.
I am so sincere in saying that I did get Abby and she was in and out in probably less than 2 minutes. She did get the vein and the blood she needed in no time. After living with this fear because I had been stuck numerous times in the past 7 weeks after having major surgery at Passavant hospital, I have to say I am so grateful for her professionalism and her talent for doing her job so well. Please know that I will be singing her praises to everyone I know along with the same compliment to Meghan also.. thank you for having such professional people to care for us all."
