West Virginia University Hospitals: "Have a bone infection for 3 years now after surgery. WVU is incompetent to resolve the infection and does not refer to other institutions, causing great pain, suffering, poor quality of life and continuous infusions of ineffective antibiotics. The medications are toxic to kidneys.
All attempting to keep this patient at WVU. No chance for another out of WVU facility referral to find the real cure and answers.
    Poor infection prevention."

Wheeling Hospital: "Worst ER ever. Rude front desk staff. There for over 5 hours. Never saw a Dr. I am a Chemo patient and was sent by my cancer Dr. NP dropped the ball. HIPAA violations out in the waiting room by Drs. Rude front desk staff. There 5 hours. Test that were said had to be taken and fluid was never given in 5 hours. NP lied and forgot about me. Saw her for five minutes. Saw at 4:30 in the waiting room. This was 12:15pm. NP then said other test would be run and fluids given and out of there in 1hour. Going on six still no test she mentioned or fluids. They couldn’t find her. I am a Chemo patient sent down by my cancer Dr. Worse ER ever. Shame on the CEO and the ER Drs for terrible no empathy care. IV therapist who assessed my port was the best. I cried after more than 5.5 hours and never was seen. That ER needs serious help. I should have went to Martins Ferry they r more professional but I went here because my white blood count needed to go up stairs. My report on my phone says she found nothing. NP. The next day I had fluids, Pepsid, predisone and a z pac. But nothing was wrong. Don’t hire this NP she forgot. Glad it wasn’t worse. Admit Wheeling hospital like a lot of your employees do that your ER sucks. If this CEO cares he can call for more details. I am a patient there. Shame on all of u. You treat people terrible there. Admit u dropped the ball! Calling Medicare to report the HIPAA and poor conditions. " - Wendy
