Crossroads Community Hospital: "I had to be wheeled into the ER for a spinal injury. Dr. Mooth lied to me and said he would give me something for the pain, but he couldn’t because I drove there and it would not be safe for me to drive back. I said I would gladly take an Uber. Then Dr. Mooth changed his story and said it’s his policy to never give pain meds, no matter how severe the injury. INTERESTING HOW THIS POLICY WAS NOT MENTIONED TO ME WHEN I WAS GIVING THEM MY MONEY AND INSURANCE INFO BEFORE THE VISIT. “I’m still not going to. I don’t care how much pain you’re in, I don’t do that. You’ll just have to try a heating pad and Tylenol.” That’s right, he told me to try a heating pad and Tylenol when I cannot even walk. When I asked why he does not give anything for pain, he responded “I just don’t.” That should be this hospital’s slogan....Crossroads Community ER -“We just don’t”
The nurses were kind, too bad they have to work under an apathetic and sadistic liar.
It is currently 2:51 am, Tuesday, 2/8/2022. I am in agony and have no chance of sleep tonight because I had the misfortune of paying a sociopath to be my doctor in the emergency room. "
