Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center: "I took my daughter, Jenna Tulip, to the ER on Friday the 13th at 145 am. She was in horrible pain because of her teeth. It was radiating along her jaw into her ear. Anyhow, her blood was taken as soon as we got in a room and an iv port was put into her arm. The blood that was taken was left on her bed for over two hours while we were still waiting for the doctor to see her. I went up to the desk and asked if her blood should be still sitting there and how much longer for the doctor. A young blonde girl wearing tan pants and a grey sweatshirt came in an looked at the bag of blood and turned hostile. My daughter said she just wanted to leave that being there was no help. The girl turned to us and said "If you want your drugs, you'd better stay." I was shocked. We asked that the iv port was to be taken out of her arm so we could just leave. A nurse came in and did that, then the doctor came and finally checked her before we left. He gave her an antibiotic for her jaw. I have heard nightmare stories and have been told to never go to ogdensburg er. Now I know why. Please change the situation. " - Lorie
