Christus St Frances Cabrini Hospital: "Worst ER ever! There w/high levels of liver enzymes & pain in stomach.
Checked in at 5:10pm . I did hear nurse say I needed urinalysis & labs.
Still no meds or even being checked on! Complained about pain again. No one could tell me anything ! I ended up walking out after waiting until 12:15. They were so short of employees! This situation had been like this ALL Day! Why did the management let this go? BLOOD ON FLOORS, URINE & blood in the fast track bath room! I want answers!"

Christus St Frances Cabrini Hospital: "My significant other of more than 10 years had a nasty fall first thing in the morning. He was struggling to walk and it hurt him to breathe. I was able to get him to the ER before 8:30 am. It is now 11:30 and he is still in a lot of pain and still we are sitting in the waiting area while multiple people who have come in after us are being brought to the back. I will not be back and will do my best to keep family and friends from coming here in the future." - Julie

Christus St Frances Cabrini Hospital: "I wish to file a complaint against the Emergency Room care at the hospital in Alexandria, La. This hospital has always been my hospital of choice, but not anymore. I will never go to the ER there, are alloe myself to be hospitalized there. The care and consideration for patients, in the ER, is a disgrace. My wife has been there twice in a week. She was involved in a head on collision a few weeks ago. The ER doctor said she only had bruises and sore muscles caused by the airbag and seat belt. Since then she has been having severe lower back pain. I took her back to the ER about 5 days ago. She waqs in such pain she screamed out with every movement. The ER staff didn't even bother to take an ex-ray. They just told her the pain was temporary. Four days later, she was much worse. She couldn't even get out of bed or walk on her own. I had to call an ambulance to transport her to the ER. The incompetent Physician's Assistant who tended to her had her talen to have an MRI done, in a closed chamber. My wife was in so much pain, and afraid of the MRI chamber that she panicked and demanded to stop the procedure. The Physician's Assistant then wanted to send her to a city 3 hours away, during a storm. My wife refused because she was in to much pain to make the trip. The next day, my wife called to complain about the treatment, and a lady in patient services said she would my wife for an MRI in an open air chamber, here in town. In fact, St. Francis Cabrini is affiliated with the place, which the Physicians Asst. should have known. But, the next day when the MRI was suppose to be scheduled, nothing was done. I phoned the lady in patient services, today, and was told the MRI hadn't been scheduled and the lady wouldn't be back in the office until after Jan. 1st. Mean while, my wife has been bedridden, unable to stand the pain of even moving and wetting herself, daily. In my opinion, the lack of professionalism, knowledge, concern for patients, lack of compassion and just plain ignorance and lack of caring has been a travesty and a nightmare.

Christus St Frances Cabrini Hospital: "I went in today at 330 with chest pains. Sat in the waiting room the whole time. At 740 I went and asked how long it would be. Talked to a dr and he said in 5min I would have my discharge papers, 30min later the nurse still hadn't gotten them and was calling another patient. I left without my scripts or paperwork. That place is ridiculous! I was there with chest pains and had to sit out in the waiting room with everybody coughing and stuff! I will not be back!!!!" - Kimberly
