Chilton Hospital: "Was there 2 months ago with chest pains and trouble breathing . Was taking in my ambulance. Was out in a bed in the hallway . Took an hour for them to see me . Refused to give me oxygen because my stats where 96. Trying to get pain meds for my chest was a nightmare. And mind you I have had 8 hearts attacks and 2 open heart surgeries in the last 5 years .. nurse and Drs all had attitudes and where not nice at all . No compaction at all on how the pt feels .. they sat behind the desk and ate and drank there coffee .. absolutely horrible .. but Morristown is no better " - Kelli

Chilton Hospital: "I wish there was a way to leave 0 stars. I went in Friday afternoon with 103 fever, back pains, shortness of breathe & a bad cough. (All signs of COVID) 1-10 my pain level was 1000. I was in unbearable pain. I was having a very hard time breathing & I was burning up with a fever. The nurses completely disregarded me & I had to wait a total of 3 hours & 40 minutes to be seen. Despite all my symptoms they put me in the waiting area with tons of other people knowing that I was high risk COVID case. MAKES NO SENSE TO SIT ME IN A ROOM FILLED WITH OLDER PEOPLE & PUT THEIR LIVES AT RISK BY HAVING ME SIT IN A WAITING ROOM & POSSIBLY SPREAD THE VIRUS. Once I was taken to a room they took almost 2 hours to give me pain killers (Tylenol) THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU’RE HAVING AN EMERGENCY. THE NURSES & DOCTORS ARE THE WORST HUMAN BEINGS IVE EVER MET. Their job is to take care & help those who are ill & they did the exact opposite of this. I ended up testing positive for COVID & they sent me home with the exact same pain. Told me to contact my primary doctor MIND YOU IT WAS A WEEKEND. I’m still in excruciating pain at home praying this goes away." - Joely
