Chester County Hospital: "Been here in ED for almost 4 hours. In pain from renal colic. Everyone is very nice but CT was done 2 hours ago and blood work 90 minutes ago. Still sitting in pain in waiting area with no idea about when I will be seen. I'm a Radiogist and I could have read my own ct. Disappointed. " - Michael

Chester County Hospital: "Took my husband to the ER for severe foot pain he could not walk. The PA was rude and uncaring. Did nothing but take an X-ray. Horrible experience won't ever go back. Felt like they only care about money not people " - S
