Centura Health-Porter Adventist Hospital: "Never have I been treated so rudely!!! Needed help out of car no nurses available to help so did it myself. Security guard rammed wheel chair feet first over door guard on floor several times with me in it. I came in for severe back pain. Sat in Lobby for 45 minutes no help. Needed to use restroom & needed assistance asked and no one came for 10 minutes. No other patients were in lobby, never saw nurses & front desk folks even disappeared.
