Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center: "It is very wild how we are being treated in this ER! Not that anyone cares. We have been here over 3 hours.. People coming and going. All of the people that we were here before have went through already. They asked if we were homeless and we are being treated as if we are homeless. The only time that treatment is better, is when they find out that you have great insurance! A 1 treatment after. Smh, I understand the concept of it all! But we are not being treated as if we pay our insurance ." - Latasha

Oro Valley Hospital: "First went to urgent care because my left leg was hurting from hip all the way down and was swollen, they sent me to Oro Valley Hospital because they thought blood clot. Got there to staff being rude no bedside manners, they took me to the back and doctor wanted an ultrasound done on my leg for blood clot, she also said she would give me something for pain. Two hours pass still in pain still waiting for ultrasound, hearing staff out at the desks laughing and talking about what they wanted for lunch or where they were going for lunch. Finally after 3 hours, still in pain, no pain medicine was givin, I'm takin for ultrasound, came back no blood clot, doctor discharge me to no pain medicine givin to me. So here it is 5 days later still in pain and now have to go somewhere else, because Oro didn't do any further investigating, like x-ray to see if anything else wrong. Also on top of me being there for about 4 hours I all heard was laughter from staff and them talking about where they want to go on vacation. Also, when I was discharged I asked the nurse a question and she was rude to me and told me that the er is more concerned about important things that could wind up being surgery or something that they don't concern themselves with people being in pain, that they don't consider that as important even though my pain was and is still at a 10, and I can't barely walk on my left leg." - Brandy
