Carilion Roanoke Memorial Center: "Loved one has been waiting just to get a bed in the ER for 6 hours. My loved one was even sent by ambulance! No doctor no nurse has called for an update. When I called, they had absolutely no information. Terrible place!" - Rashelle

Carilion Roanoke Memorial Center: "Roanoke memorial ER is horrible. People were falling out of chairs . Sick folks being skipped over because you are a male and or they think you are after drugs. No insurance people. My sister and brother saw it all today. They were taking in patients but left my brother for seven hours suffering and never helped him. My sister got the names of staff and is filing a compĺaint .In the mean time I called the head Er person I let him know that my brother was never looked at by a doctor. Evidently they have a person on staff that decides who is seen and in what order. They never spoke to my brother. ARRG! Why do hospitals let people suffer like that." - Royce
