Carilion Franklin Memorial Hospital: "I went to ER Halloween night. The Dr.said my back was sprained. I continued to have pain. I went to urgent care aprox.14th I was prescribed steroids. They have helped some but the numbness is still there.Today I went back to urgent care because the urgent care Dr. called and said I might need Xrays. My dog died yesterday so I had to go today. the Dr. informed me he couldn#039t do xrays and said to go to the hospital ER. The Dr. there was extremely rude to me. She told me to go to a family Dr. and I assured her I had am appointment because I would be Febuary before I can see Dr. Boone. They gave me a shot and sent me home to wait till Febuary. What kind of system is this? Im sure I can get into Dr.Atienza before then but he acts like you are a drug addict. He almost killed one of my friends. NOT happening. I am making plans to go to Lewis Gale tomorrow. Carilion is a monopolized business. Dr.Have no heart or common sence. Not all of them mind you. There are a few that carilion hasn#039t stolen their souls!!!!!" - Kyle
