Cape Fear Valley Medical Center: "I went to the ER on new years eve 2022/2023. I had severe neck pain. I spent 16 hours total at Cape Fear that night and the next day. I waited in the lobby for over 12 hours. Several people left the ER all together because of the wait times. One woman had to be escorted out by security because she was so angry with the delays and wait time. Mental illness was apparent with some of the people waiting to be seen. One man would not wear his mask and spread his germs to the rest of us. I am thankful for the ER staff. Its a hard job. If you can avoid Capefear Valley ER do so. With upset patients and wait times, room for improvement is in order with the service they provide." - Richard
