Candler Hospital: "Took my husband to the Ed at 2:30 am with severe abdominal pain. Sat there 2 hours and was never seen. The facility was very dirty. Upon leaving we asked why it was taking so long. The tech said that they had patients waiting to be admitted and was basically working out of two rooms. How can this be effective care for an ED department that has 40 rooms. There is no reason for sick patients to have to wait 4 to 5 hours to be seen. Savannah needs more medical facilities to treat sick patients. What kind of monopoly is going on that we can't have more hospitals in this area?" - Sandra

Candler Hospital: "This is beyond ridiculous. Sat in the emergency room from 11pm until finally leaving at 6:30am. Never made it to the back to be seen. No one checked on me. Will be calling the news and higher. Is this what we are doing now? Memorial would have NEVER done that. I know where to go next time. Severely dehydrated and sick. Thanks Candler for your care.. NOT!" - David
