Butler Memorial Hospital: "Have been waiting in the emergency waiting room for 3 1/2 hours with my 85 year old father that is having trouble breathing.
I will not utilize or recommend this ER again.

Butler Memorial Hospital: "I was in the the emergency room section with my fiance. Was waiting for over 5 hours on testing, she was in severe pain. All the nurses was great, especially Leigh, she cared, took time, talked and was amazing. But dis have one nurse assistant that was rude, impatient, and uncaring. Her name was SHAWNA FRY!!!!! Shawna a was the most ride, incompationat, ignorant person I ever met. She should not be working with patients or around anyone. She violate hipaa laws and she should be fired!!! Recommend anyone that comes in contact with SHAWNA GET, should request another nurse immediately." - Tim
