Brookdale Hospital Medical Center: "I didn't know that standard protocol there is 8 hrs is a normal time to spend in a so called emergency room when you can't breath or in severe pain, its just ridiculous, they should revamp the entire staff" - Randy

Brookdale Hospital Medical Center: "Yesterday I was at the pediatric emergency waiting room, it is very dirty. The seating area has dirt and built up grime all around the chairs. Roaches were crawling on the walls . There was not adequate ventilation. The bathroom had no tissue, no sign of cleaning or disinfection present. The staff were all nice. " - Geneva
