Broadlawns Medical Center: "We arrived ER for my kids about 1:20pm and waiting about half an hour to 45mins for registration, therefore my kids were very sick and wait until 5:30pm about 4hrs to enter into the ER Department, staff said that thy are very busy bcz of the patients in the department and no space for the next patient, we thought that it was true but after we inter into the department there was :3 or 4 rooms were open with no patients at the west side of the department. Therefore we waited an hour approximately later to see the doctor. After doctor left about 15-20 minutes we made us to wait almost 2 hrs for the discharge documents. That was extremely disappointed time experienced with this hospital ever in life. The person on the desk was horrible rude. Thank you but not so much. " - Rubin

Broadlawns Medical Center: "The Broadlawns ER is, hands down, the best in town. Dr VanZee and Dr
Kramer are knowledgeable, caring and all around great providers. NurseJody was attentive, kind, alert, 10/10 would recommend over any other local ERs (I went to them all and was brushed aside).

This is a “community hospital” for a reason. The staff here genuinely care vs just collecting a check. FYI, we are fully insured, still came and it was still the best hospital with the best staff in the state. With a 10 year medical background, I was blown away by the quality and care from Broadlawns Emergency Room and would highly recommend, regardless of your ailment. "
