Bon Secours - St Marys Hospital Of Richmond: "A disgrace. Rude staff. No compassion and false advertising. Waiting time in hospital is usually five hours. Did tests let me go at 11:29 pm and said they could call me Lyft . That would be great in a hospital nightgown. If you are on Medicare it is not profitable to check a patient into a room. Another story. I checked out and was supposed to make an appointment at their facility within 48 hours. They had a special neurologist for me to see. Well
that was on March 29 and first appointment is May. Don’t use COVID as an excuse. Doctors have worked for the past year. " - Martha

Bon Secours - St Marys Hospital Of Richmond: "Horrible service. My wife went to the er after a recommendation from bettermed doctor. She has been having trouble breathing for a few weeks. ER doctor came in to the room and only used the stethoscope for diagnosis. He went by the information from bettermed and told us her problem was environmental. I questioned his diagnosis in a firm but respectful tone no cuss no fuss. He immediately left the room. 5 minutes later a Henrico police officer came to me for questioning. Yes, seriously, all I did was question the doctor. The doctor had the nurse come in with discharge papers and prescriptions for my wife. I was made to leave the room or we would be escorted out by the police. The worst experience of my life." - Adam
