St Lukes Magic Valley Medical Center: "Recently, my husband and I went to St Luke’s in twin falls, Idaho to visit my dying father in law. We were surprised at the insistence at the front door to provide identification before being allowed to proceed to the floor to visit the patient. Being treated like criminals in order to see a loved one in the hospital was jarring. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone looking for compassionate and competent care." - Tiffany

Kootenai Medical Center: "Went to er Oct 1 for recurrence of blood clots. It was a long wait but expected as the rooms were full The care I received from dr Crandall and all the techs and staff was excellent. Had labs and Ct scan of lungs which showed blood clots were back. Got medicine and was discharged. Very happy with the experience " - Maureen

Kootenai Medical Center: "We ate her at KMC for the second time in a week. The wait times are not the issue. Once we got taken back we waited for hours to get Dr. Assessment and care plan. Everyone was nice and polite they just didn't have the time to adequately diagnose my 90 year old mother till more than 3 hours after we arrived. That's the hardest part. She is willing to be hospitalized if necessary but it just takes so long to reach that conclusion. " - Gabrielle

Kootenai Medical Center: "Never go there period. There’s no excuse to rationalized 5 bad experiences in 8 months. (Unreasonable wait times, mixed up test results, insufficient care, inappropriate releases to go home) Forget about shortage of staff! This is about low standards and lower expectations from wealthy leadership who care more about hob-nobbing at fundraisers than the product they actually put in their shiny box! Behind the curtain of glossy posters and banners, claiming high standards and world class service is a dark, dirty, smelly, confusing hospital visit on what is likely the worst day of your life. You will be met with overworked, underpaid, inexperienced, uncaring, poorly dressed, unclean, lazy staff. From the top down. These poor people (drs and nurses) don’t know if their coming or going. I’m sharing photos not because I expect perfection. I’m sharing them because they reference basic unmet needs while dozens of staff stand idly by, chitchatting and giggling while patients aren’t given updates, water, food or bathroom options. I’m just so sad for our future. I see camels on the horizon. Look it up????" - Shauna

Portneuf Medical Center: "U need to drug test your employees like John Cerro ..who positive for covid delta virus!!!!" - Wendy
