Betsy Johnson Regional Hospital Stories

Betsy Johnson Regional Hospital: "The doctor, staff, and even the security can not be trusted to hear your needs. They falsified my answers and despite telling me that my health issue mattered. Never once listened and administered any treatment. After being in there for 8 hours. Never being offered a drink. I asked for one myself. After 10 hours in the ER the doctor still had no time to address my course of treatment. After being brought breakfast 12 hours in and not being able to eat it, because they never asked me my health needs. I waited 2-4 hours longer and finally got a nurse to listen to my prior health concerns. I stopped my nurse in the hall between toilet breaks. Informing her I needed to speak with the doctor. Most all of my interactions were short and no true concern about me or my needs. Not once did the doctors ask me if I had other health issues. Even after they asked me at the door. What medicines I was taking. NEVER was the concern about me. My previous health issue barely got met and my main health issue never got treated despite my partner bringing it in the medication that I needed to take. They never gave me that medicine. In 30 hours know one address concern. I asked to be helped with no one cared about my previous health issues. There was black grime that builds up on the floor in every place that I went. Even the room I was in had not been truly cleaned. There was trash on the floor, grass, stains, and the worst part about that is I saw there cleaner go by four times. With such a unsuitable atmosphere it is a wonder how more COVID-19 cases are not popping up. Do not trust the night time security. They will lie to you and manhandle you at any given chance.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, THAT IF YOU CAN GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION, TO DO SO, AT ALL COSTS.
