Baystate Franklin Medical Center: "Horrible assuming nurses and doctors. Most patients in there were dehydrated from drinking, I was not. Barley able to speak, I was treated with no respect and sent home. Needless to say, I had a major infection in my head where I was complaining and they DID NOTHING TO HELP. " - Almost
