Bay Area Hospital: "I recently came into Bay Area hospital and a nurse named Shawn was the rudest old lady I have ever met. She had no care in the world that a patient was in pain and has viable injuries. I explained to her again that the patient did not feel well and had trouble opening their eye and talking, she proceeded to tell me everything is fine and walked away as if she didn’t care about anything. I believe this was due to the patient being Hispanic. Every single person who was in the lobby was not of color and they got back within minutes as I waited for hours. I hope this hospital knows how their staff treats people of color. Making jokes about speaking a different language and walking away. I will never step foot in this hospital again. " - Nikki
