Baptist Medical Center Stories

Aug 04, 2021, 12:21 AM
Baptist Medical Center: "I waited over 12 hours before being taken back to see doctor. I have infected and swollen skin above my eye. They never touched it or my glands which are also swollen. Antibiotic and discharge. I already had been on antibiotics from urgent care for 4 days they weren’t helping. Nurse said I should have IV antibiotics and a steroid which requires admitting. Doctor said nope go home. I was back there maybe 90 minutes. I waited all that time for nothing. " - Shannon

Baptist Medical Center: "Been at Baptist South in Jax Fl for over 3 hours. I was tol my mom would be moved up because of her condition.... Nothing yet. Every experience I have had at this hospital has been the worse. I will be so glad when her insurance carrier changes next year and she can go to another hospital. They told me it could be 2 to 3 for an A-PHIB patient having chest pains????? Really!!!" - Marshaun
