Banner Estrella Medical Center: "Ihad severe pain in my left shoulder so I went to Banner Estrella ER. I had to wait 9 hours to get an exam room. A doctor didn't appear for another hour. The time listed here in inaccurate!!" - Steven

Nobody even cares to check on me or give me anything for the excrutiating pain that I am in. I asked the front desk person to check my place in line, and she just told me to wait longer…" - Laura

Banner Estrella Medical Center: "In June 2022 I spent all night about 9 hours to see a doctor and another 2 hours to be discharged for a throbbing headache, I am checking wait times because my husband needs to go to the ER and the website says 3 hours, not sure that this is accurate because now is the end of December I would think that it is much worse now." - Carmen
