Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center: "Arrived at 3:25am. Wife in excruciating pain. Have been waiting now over 4hrs. The place isn’t busy at all. Four people came in after us and have already gone back. It is a disappointing atmosphere. Hoped when the new ER building opened that things would change for downtown Phoenix community but they clearly have only gotten worse. Last visit on a much busier day we were seen within 2hrs." - Barak

Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center: "It is very wild how we are being treated in this ER! Not that anyone cares. We have been here over 3 hours.. People coming and going. All of the people that we were here before have went through already. They asked if we were homeless and we are being treated as if we are homeless. The only time that treatment is better, is when they find out that you have great insurance! A 1 treatment after. Smh, I understand the concept of it all! But we are not being treated as if we pay our insurance ." - Latasha
