St Mary's Medical Center Of Evansville Inc: "PS thanks to the pharmacist looking at her meds given I was about to go home following the directions from the doctor and give my 2 month old a massive overdose are there no safeguards to prevent east. what if the lady didn't ask for her birthday where would my child be in a week. Something should be done to prevent mistakes like this from happening to children someone should be held accountable for this I would like to know what your current plan is to prevent this and if you don't have one why not" - Aaron

St Mary's Medical Center Of Evansville Inc: "First what really got me was that the nurse was just about to stick my 2 month old daughter with a cathater and her phone started to ring loudly. Then my little has to get a shot and they came in with a very large needle for a baby and she made the comment that she knew it was large but it was all she could find she said I just won't put it in very far. Now I know on the 3rd floor they do must have been out of the way since I saw her behind the counter talking no doubt about the needle. Also our peditrian sent us and told us to go to the E.R. if they had questions to call his office that never happened we told them about her being dehydrated and he wanted her to get an IV never happened why not. Also on her discharge papers the shot was not on the meds given no big deal but when I asked for what it was they acted like it botherd them to tell me never take your kids here. My opinion." - Aaron
