    : "Jan 2, 2024 sat in Mercy Hospital Coon Rapids E.R. waiting area for 8 hours then finally was put in a bed in the hallway and given treatment in the intersection of a chaotic emergency room. Total insanity. Staff was efficient but the hellish wait was a nightmare! Same thing happened 5 wks earlier another emergency with a 5 hour wait...thought it couldn't get worse...wrong! " - Annoyed
