Advocate Condell Medical Center: "Unfortunately, I have been subjected to the Condell ER experience on multiple occasions. I am a physician and have about 7 years experience in ER'S. " - Bruce

Advocate Condell Medical Center: "I waited 3 hours without being seen by the doctor on 6/20/22. 5 other people ahead of me had been waiting for 4.5 hours and still had not been seen by the physician. The Nurse's assistant indicated that her shift began at 11:300AM and from 11:30AM to 3;30 PM she had only moved one person. I left the ER as well as others. Had I waited it would have be 5 additional hours before I was seen. This is not emergency care. " - Kendra

Advocate Condell Medical Center: "Had to wait 8 hours in ER waiting room before being seen or receiving any treatment for a pediatric respiratory problem. Other people had come in off of ambulances also had to wait up to 5 hours. Many other people left after 4 hours. This is 3rd world quality. Even if you are shot, do not go to this ER, you will die.
This is the second time this has happened at this ER. The first time we we ignored for 6 hours in a room, (with no treatment) during which my 3 year old son crashed due to lack of care.
This ER needs to be closed!!!" - Paul
