ER Wait Times in Skagit County Hospitals

Average wait times at hospital in Skagit County show the time patients can expect to spend. Actual wait times will depend on many factors, such as severity of the injury, time of day, and staffing. Patients are quickly evaluated as part of a triage process, so the most severe cases can be treated first. Depending on the hospital, this initial wait can run from a few minutes to over an hour. The times below also include wait times for initial treatment, since there can be many delays after the triage process. Choose an ER with a shorter wait time to get seen more quickly.

: "I spent 14 hours at the Clovis ER with a bad gallbladder. During that time I did have several tests done but then was sent back out to the waiting room. Finally decided to go home since I was told I would not be operated on because there were no available beds. Took my IV out myself and went home. My pain level was 8/9 but better to be at home resting than sitting in an ER waiting room. Came back three days later to have outpatient surgery but due to complications I had to spend the night. Took hours to get a room. " - Janet
