: "My daughter, a 4/time stroke survivor was taken to the Mayo hospital ER in Mankato, Mn. from an adjoining Mayo clinic. Her BP was quite high - but was taken from a seated position. At her Assisted Living facility they have found a seated BP to be erroneous with a standing BP is much more accurate for her. She waited over 6 hours in the crowded waiting area after triage. 6 hours at a MAYO hospital!? They just did a large “expansive” addition project that apparently didn’t improve patient access to anything near “world-renowned” care. " - Sharon

Healtheast St John's Hospital: "By far the worst place to go for help(oxymoron). I needed surgery for a kidney stone and when I woke up I had blood in my mouth and I pulled out quite a bit of it. My mouth was raw for a week and a half. The worst though is I was bruised all over my body. My abdomen had an eight inch round bruise on it. It was huge, there were finger mark bruises on the inside of my thighs, knees, lower legs, and ankles.
Pictures were taken and the first thing I did is get all the files from that day from my Doctor. Then I filed a complaint with the hospital, in which not only did they deny the complaint on several occasions, they lied about it several times, in several ways. Saying it is documented that I was bruised, but in different places I stated. They said it is noted in the file that there were bruises, I have the file and nothing is stated about a body check.
If I could say anything to anyone needing medical help, it would be RUN as far away as you can from Fairview Health Maplewood. I know I will never go back."

Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital: "I have been going to Park Nicollet for years. I have trouble breathing, I have "unknown source of Dyspnea). Seen that I have a diaphragm that is uneven shown on xrays. Yet not one doctor has addressed this. Getting worse, but feel like I am on my own. Many times in emergency because I can't breathe, but no one ever brought up my diaphragm. Just needed to vent." - Suzanne
