Newport Hospital: "Went to Newport Hodpital ER on Thursday after falling and being pulled off my front stops by my dog while he was leashed. I hit my face and jaw on a raised cement curb breaking 2 teeth on a cement curb after my dog pulled me down. Cut face, legs and arm badly and bled alot. My mistake was going to Newport Hospital ER. Was told after 1 1/2 hours I was #2 to be seen. Well, that DID NOT HAPPEN!
Eight people later and another 1 1/2 hrs (total 3 hr wait) I LEFT! UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE!! They obviously did not care about me waiting. I was getting tired from the big fall and dizzy..could not wait a ny longer for them WHAT Has become of Newport Hospital?? Upsetting to see their indifference."

Rhode Island Hospital: "After sitting out in the waiting room since 8pm I asked for a blanket at 2:48am and was told no this is disgusting to be in a hospital with poor quality of care for patients I can’t be seen until doctors arrive which will be around 7:30am. How is this place still open is the state coming in to do random audits? Just like they shut the hospital in Pawtucket they should consider maybe changing whoever is head of this hospital they are getting paid 6 figures to do what exactly? Not enough personnel to handle the patient volume " - Patricia
