William Beaumont Hospital-Troy: "Took my daughter there yesterday for a possible broken arm. Sure they got her in right away but for the next 6 1/2 -7 hours sat waiting. I had to threaten to leave (trust me, we were going to pull the iv out) They kept telling us the ct scan results weren’t in. Funny with in minutes, the doctor was there! First time seeing him all night, he explained everything in detail and we were released. Not happy!" - Patricia

William Beaumont Hospital-Troy: "My doctor sent me to the ER directly from his office because my blood pressure is dangerously high. I checked in at the desk, went through triage, and have been sitting here in the waiting room for 2 hours now and I still have not been seen by a doctor. Apparently they aren't concerned with my condition - but I can say with certainty that this ridiculously long wait is not helping my high blood pressure. " - LS
