Watsonville Community Hospital: "The triage nurse Alicia was very grumpy and didnt fit the culture of a welcoming kind, compassionate hospital. The nurses and doctors have been very kind and I was surprised to find this particular nurse not to be welcoming! It was so bad I almost left but then Dr Walther helped and all the other nurses made me realize I was in the right place!! Thank you!!! " - Susan

Watsonville Community Hospital: "The wait was not bad. I was there for 45 minutes total. The sitting area is extremely dirty. My bill was $4965 of which $1,489 was covered by insurance. So I pay $3,375 for a 10 minute interaction with medical staff/doctor. They should use some of that to get a cleaning service.

Go somewhere else - or DO NOT TELL THEM you have insurance. You're penalized if you do."
